I use IPA v4 as an IP Softphone. Nothin g special here to explain but I logged in today and just before it completed the connection to the PBX over my LAN I saw a message popup stating "Incoming calls Monitored" Then I had the option to click OK only. I have never seen this before.
Please only answer my question if you truly know the answer. Is this because someone has turned on call monitoring? If so how can I find out, what do I look for?
