IP Agent in thin client environment

We are looking at implementing a thin client environment (Windows terminal services) for our remote IP Agents. Avaya has informed us that the recent releases of IP Agent will run in a Windows terminal services or CITRIX environment.
Has anyone implemented this or have clients that are running their IP Agents on thin clients? I'd like some feedback on how it works.

We have done preliminary testing in a Citrix environment with IP Agent V5 and it works as expected.
