IP Agent 6 Voice Quality Problem

Hi,

I have installed 15 IP agent 6 with service pack. As of now we are having problem on the voice quality (choppy) encountered by the agents. I also enabled Qos tagging and Qos packet scheduler but still we're having the same problem. Before we have five (5) initial IP agent 5 license running and we never encounter any problem on the voice quality and this also not happen when using IP hardphones for the agent. When we purchased addtional IP agent 6 license and used the software we're having a lot of troubles.

What's the bandwith between the IP agents and the gateway ? Is it on the local lan ? You didn't only change version but you also tripled the bandwith needed (5 versus 15).
Are you using the same codec as in the past with the version 5 ? Maybe you could try to downgrade one of the agents to version 5 to see if that solves your problem ?
