IP Agent 4 messing up Windows NT roaming profiles

When our users login to their pc (WinNT 4) and then login to IP Agent V4, their NT roaming profile is not saved when they logoff in NT. Next time they launch IP Agent all the settings are gone.

Anyone who had the same experience ?
