Due to WAN problems where two sites have used the same ip range, we need to change the ip address for all nodes on one of the sites(e.g 10.80.X.X to 10.90.X.X)

Mask is currently 255.255.0.0

Would welcome any advise on methods to achieve this with the minimum disruption.

Do you currently use DCHP or static IP addresses? Your mask will still work for the new subnet. What kinds of nodes do you need to change ip addresses on? (Servers, DC's, workstations)

A temporary (although ugly) solution until you get all the worstations changed would be to use NAT at the local Server.

Thanks for your suggestions guys.

I need to change all nodes which include 100 PC's (only 25% of these are DHCP), 10 servers, and about 50 other nodes (Printers, RF Access points and RF Terminals etc).

Not sure if widening the range (255.0.0.0) would enable us to fragment the change rather than in one go.
