IP Address Change on Domain Controller

SMS 2.0 SP2 Site. Windows NT 4.0 network. No secondary sites.

We had to change the IP address on one of our domain controllers. Now the SMS site server can no longer communicate with it. Cannot go into Site Systems and delete it since it is a domain controller. Any ideas?
