ip access problem

Hello everyone,
Sory for my english :)
i use nt server 4, but since thursday i have an access to only one ip address (external, known) and internal IPs (on the domain). There are (even) no ping to the other IPs. Maybe someone (with admin rights) did stupid joke.
What can I do? How can I do it back?
Maybe are there some system problems?

Please help, there is little time for me..
