I have acquired a customer that was SCN at one time with a point to point on a WAN.
Cleaning up programming and trying to make it handshake to remote location now on a new LAN.
The Provider is Charter Communications.
I can Ping both locations from either site incl. the vmpro. I don't think this IT guy here has any QOS routing for the voice to get there.
When attempting to dial across SCN I watch call status on both sides. I dial the ext and the call status SHOWS the far end user I am trying to call then goes off. All I hear is a busy when dialing.
What should I tell this IT guy to provision on his side?
