hi, we are just upgrading from basic rate to primary rate on our incoming lines, is it just a case of swapping modules in our ip 403 or will it need a lot of programming? we are only having 8 of the 30 channels lived up to match what we currently have thanks in advance for any help

If unsure get someone to help as some pri's can have problems depending on the carrier
It should be fairly simple
Backup config
Take note of the line incoming and outgoing group id's
Delete BRI lines
Replace BRI with PRI
Change the programming of the PRI line to suit the lines and make the outgoing and incoming group id's the same as the BRI's
Change all the channel numbers (voice, data etc) to 8
