I have a IP 4000 POLYCOM PHONE (How do I program on the Nortel Succession?)Do I set it up as an I2004 or a 500 set?

This is an IP phone so I do not think it will work with a 500 port.

Please help.

I don't think this phone will work on the Nortel system. I looked up the phone on polycom's website and Nortel was not one of the listed partners. I also coudn't find anything in their white papers about using one of these on a Nortel PBX. you're right, it wouldn't be a 500 port. It looks like it needs a TFTP server or something like that to work along with a compatible IP PBX.
