Here is the instructions for other IP terminals below
Restore to Factory Default (applies to IP Phone 2007, 1110, 1120E, 1140E, 1150E, 1210, 1220 and 1230)
The UNIStim firmware release 3.0 for IP Phones introduces the ability to restore an IP Phone to a 'factory default' configuration. This can be useful when redeploying an IP Phone from one location to another, when starting to use an IP Phone with unknown history, or to reset to a known baseline configuration.
With UNIStim firmware release 3.0, the following keypad sequence is used to reset all provisioning parameters to a 'factory default':
[*][*][7][3][6][3][9][MAC][#][#]
Where MAC corresponds to the MAC address of the IP Phone which can be found on a label on the back of the IP Phone.
Since a MAC address can contain the letters A through F, the letters A, B and C can be entered via the [2] key on the dialpad, and letters D, E and F can be entered via the [3] key.
For example, an IP Phone with MAC address 00:19:E1:E2:17:12 would be reset to 'factory default' when the sequence **73639001931321712## is entered on the keypad.
Unfortunately there is no mechanism to reset Phase 2 sets to the factory default

Upgrading firmware from 2310S10 to this release 2310S63
To upgrade the IP Audio Conference Phone 2033 firmware from 2310S10 to 2310S63, the phone must go through the following two steps:
Step 1: Upgrade to 2310S18 from 2310S10 via TFTP:
1. Upload the following two files to the TFTP server
• target firmware load: 2310S18.bin
• configuration file: i2033.cfg. Ensure the bin file name in the configuration file is correspondent to the target load. In this case:
SET APPNAME 2310S18.bin
Please note: the name of bin file is case sensitive.
2. Configuration on IP Audio Conference Phone 2033:
• Power up the IP Audio Conference Phone 2033, when the phone displays “Nortel”, press the softkeys SK1 SK2 SK3 to get into the manual config menu.
• When the phone displays: “TFTP Server IP:”, enter the TFTP server IP address
• Let the phone go through the configuration sequence. After rebooted, the phone will start to download 2310S18 via TFTP.
Step 2: Upgrade from 2310S18 to 2310S63 via UFTP, i.e. enhance firmware download:
1. Remove 2310S18.bin and i2033.cfg from the above TFTP server to avoid a constant loop.
2. Upload 2310S63.bin to the UFTP server. Please refer to CS1k on how to upload firmware on the “Element Manager”.
3. Config IP Audio Conference Phone 2033
4. Power up the IP Audio Conference Phone 2033, when the phone displays “Nortel”, press the softkeys SK1 SK2 SK3 to get into the manual config menu.
5. When the phone displays: “S1 IP:”, enter the S1 server IP address
6. Let the phone go through the configuration sequence. After rebooted and connected to the S1, if the load on the phone is different from the load on the server, the phone will start to download 2310S63 via UFTP automatically.
Please note: all IP Audio Conference Phone 2033 phones on a CS1K system running 2310S10 should be registered with a single node to ensure they all go through the upgrade process. Once they are running S58 they should be moved to a different node than any new units loaded with 2310S10. This will ensure none of the existing IP Audio Conference Phone 2033’s are downgraded back to 2310S18.
Upgrading from 2310S18 and 2310S58 to this release 2310S63
On installation or rebooting, the IP Audio Conference Phone 2033 automatically downloads the firmware placed on the UFTP server. [Use the procedure described in steps 2 to 6 above].
All the best
