We had several 1140 ACD phones that were moved via the patch panel and were not de-acquired before the move.
after move the phones were acquired in CC6 but in CS 1000 when TN was printed they appeared to be not accquired in CC6. after de-acquiring in CC6 and then acquiring again in CC6 the phones were acquired in the CS1000.
any thoughts as to why this would occur? the phones were only disconnected for less than an hour.
I have had to de-acquire and acquire a couple of times since move.
nothing was changed in CS1000-REL 6 or CC6

Not exactly sure but it is possible with them being 'unregistered' from the PBX that they de-acquired. We have had phones break and have been offline for days and I haven't had to acquire them. Maybe is there a patch you are missing?
