Cisco have already documented the process. See the following link:
It's a simple procedure . Do a dir flash: , note the current image name . Do a del flash:<current imagename>.
do a copy tftp flash: , enter, it will ask you for your tftp server address , input that , hit enter , it will ask you the name of the new image name , input that exactly and hit enter . This goes on the assumption that you know how get the image off cisco and put it on your tftp server .
