This device will not be recognised by Windows NT 4 - Service Pack 6 computer. This is a brand new machine. The annoying thing is that it was recognised on a previous NT4 machine just days ago so I know the actual drive is fine. I have tried all the tips off the Iomega web site. Changing the parallel port type in BIOS does nothing. I have tried the latest version of the software too, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas. It just can't find the drive. What abotu an INF file so that I can set it up myself?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Parallel ports and NT just don't go together...at least in my experience. The only suggestion I would have is to buy a parallel port controller card and install it in the computer. I've had problems before getting external devices to work and this was the only solution that worked for me. I hope you can find a better solution though!

Good luck.
