Invoice Printing

Hi,

We recently decided to do batch's for Invoices in S/O and were going to use the Invoice Printing function to print the entire batch. For whatever reason upon printing them only one Invoice printed the totals at the bottom of the page and moved some of the items around on the Invoices. It was very strange hopefully some of you have some suggestions as our Mas 90 support person is very hard to get a hold of. Thanks!

Have you modified the form in any way?
 
Yes there have been some additions to the form but it has worked just fine in individually printing via Quick Print when doing S/O Invoice Data Entry.

I just figured out what it is. If you place the totals in the Report Footer then for the Invoice printing it will only print once at the end of the report. So I moved them to a group footer. Thanks!

You have to remember that invoice printing is really one big report with page break by invoice so if you place the totals in the Report Footer it will only print once at the end of the report or the last invoice.
