Just FYI: you may want to consider two things:
Auditors audit.
Industry players know what to ask and what to expect.
The savings for pure audit are likely to be there but minimalized after the costs of using the auditor. The REAL savings potential may unfold in knowing the network configurations and rates ~ tariffs mixed with technologies and how to leverage them.

Agreed, this is a no-lose contract for us. The company has gone through several aquisitions recently and has no grip on spending. At the very least, we will have a complete inventory at each site. Armed with this information, we can now make intelligent decisions.
