Invoice and acknowledgement issue

I have a user who receiving an error when attempting to invoice.

First it says Unkown error, then I click on ok. Then it says Can't initialize: Report.

This is in Macola ES

Sounds like a crystal issue. Does crystal reports work on other machines ? Clue is "can't initialize report". If no other PC's work, I usually go after the exactcrystal user in sql. If others work, re-install / update the workstation.
