A user originally set up a rule to move mail from a certain sender into a certain folder. This worked fine.
They later created a subfolder within that folder and created a rule to move mail from that sender into the subfolder. They then deleted the original rule.
The problem is that when they get mail from that sender it goes into the subfolder as expected but is also going into the original folder (even though that rule had been removed). Any ideas?????
