Inventory ?

Her goes nothing:

Need to subtract from inventory
Say I have 10,000 sheets [inventory][instock]
I need 2,000 sheets for a job [pofiles][sheets used]
Have 8,000 left how would I update the [instock] field to
Reflect the new amount

Have no clue what I am doing
