INVALID VxD DYNAMIC LINK CALL

When trying to use my CD-RW I am suddenly getting :Invalid VxD Dynamic Link Call From AFL[01]+000019F6 To Device 4103,Service 2. Windows Config. is Invalid , Run Windows Setup Program To Correct This Problem : Does anyone Know what this error is and how to correct it ? Re running Windows is not The fix . Just about at wits end with This .

That error message is referring to a 3rd party hardware device which those are difficult to find fixes for. I would try uninstalling/reinstalling your CD-RW software and possibly even download an updated driver.
