I have a Norstar hooked up[ to a Cisco Router and out to the PSTN all via PRI.
Everything has been working fine for a few years now.
Lately, however, I have customers complaining about getting cutoff in the middle of their conversation. The message they get on the display is "inv ie content" which I thought was only active during call setup.
Any ideas what may be causing this?

Not that I know of and we do have several other locations going out similarly on similar but separate equipment and they have not reported any problems like this

What alarms have you been getting? You might want to ask the CO to put a 24hr monitor on the circuit. If you're getting excessive bpv's or oof's, you'll likely notice it first on your voice equipment.
