I have recieved this message on outgoing Q931e/DID circuit call is rejected on the DCH messaging.
Has anyone seen same?

You are receiving a IE (Information Element) that is not compatible with your trunk. That a protocol mistake between both ends. Have a brainstroming with technician on the other hand...

Make sure the callerid your sending is accepted by the other end.

+ I would recomend to enl the dch monitoring in ovl 96.

There where some helpful tools mentioned in this newsgroup that will help you decoding the level 1 messaging.

It's alway god to compare one god and one bad call with this tool. That'l show you the difference.
