Hello,
I have an Avaya IP Office Manager 500 and everything is working fine internally when dialing extensions,
there is one problem I am facing is that when there is an incoming call from outside and the dialer tries to dial directly the extension it says invalid entry,
I did some tests and found the root cause of the problem but I did not know how to fix it,
If the extension is dialed fast after hearing auto attendant the IP Office does not recognize it and then it replies by invalid entry,
If the extension is dialed slowly the IP Office recognizes it and routes the call normally to the extension and everything seems to be fine,
it seems there is a settings related to the dialing pulse speed but I do not know exactly where is it.
can you help me in that issue??
