Invalid attempt to Read when reader is closed

Any ideas what this error is about. Here we use codesmith to generate all the DAL layers, so manually we do not create any DAL layers at all. Any ideas??

the message says it all. you are attempting to read from a reader, but the reader is closed. this is like trying to walk through a closed door.

this should go without saying but... you need to post the code.
