Invalid alias name

I sent a database in a Zipped file to a customer,

On my machine it works perfectly but on the customer computer an error occurs on a macro which runs action queries.

The are telling me that on an append query a message appears:

Invalid alias name...

When they checked on another machine it was the same condition but on the next query.

Manually the query works well.

Any suggestions

I'm not getting the error or message the same as you, sorry I really don't know what to suggest other than to actually visit your client to see the problem for yourself.
