Hello,

Anyone know how to clear this warning from my Intuity?

APP : VP
Resource Type : CPUPERF
Alarm Code : 2

This is an old alarm (it was reported in Feb of 02). I just took over Administration on this Intuity and I'm trying to clear the error & Administration Log. I've looked in the Alarm & Messages log without success.

TIA,
Steve

when was the last time the intuity was rebooted? if more than 90 days you need to schedule a reboot. CPUPERF is an warning that should clear itself, but since you've had it so long, I would definitely reboot. It will clear the alarm and you'll be ok

As an FYI, for some versions of the Avaya VM products (including but not limited to Intuity) Avaya says that 45 day reboot schedules are necessary. If your Intuity is a 4 or below, you might have to do scheduled reboots more often. After a certain release (not sure of the number), it's supposed to be fine for 180 days, but early Intuity 5s qualify in the 90 day group.
