Intuity Outcalling

I looked through past 'posts' on this site and didn't see this discussed.
Once Outcalling is setup on Intuity. User receives voice mail and is outcalled on his cellular to let him know there are messages -
What does user have to do to check/retrieve his messages?? User is stating that when Audix calls him he doesn't hear/get any options, just quick beep and then it hangs up.

It SHOULD announce to the caller that it is Audix and then ask them for their password. From there it is just like the standard interface.....
