Intuity - Outcalling report

On Intuity version 5, for report 'list measure special-feature day' the numbers don't make sense:

outcalls attempted: 116
outcalls completed: 0
outcalls rescheduled: 0

First, if it was really true that 0 outcalls were completed, people would be complaining - but they are not. The system seems to be giving me a bogus report. Is there any place in the system I can check into why this is?

An outcall is completed only when someone logs in during the outcall. In my building a lot of people use the outcalling for pager notification. So, I also have a high number of attempted outcalls
