Intuity Message

I have a voice mail box that keeps getting something called a "NEW LEWARD CALLING MESSAGE" (at least that is what I think it says). We cannot delete the message. Any ideas??? - Thanks

Its actually "Leave Word Calling" message. It should say the extension from where it is left. Go into you Definity and look at the "change feature-access-code" screen (pg2) half way down "Leave Word Calling Cancel" get that code and go to the phone that left the message and enter the code.

Thanks for the super fast response, I did exactly what you said but the message light is still on. When we go into the Intuity mailbox, it says that you have a New leave word calling message. No matter what I try the message is always there and now it is on another phone. Any suggestions??? - Thanks

BTW. Is there any way to disable the word calling message or is that not a good idea. - Thanks Again.

Hi,

the easiest way to clear this is to enter (on the definity) "clear amw all xxxx" where xxxx is the extension. Note that if the user has new voicemails it will also clear the mwi.

O.K. Next problem. I tried your idea to use the clear command. The only problem is that I only have permission to use “clear measurements”, so I can’t do the clear amw command. Thanks for you response. If you have any more ideas please let me know – Thanks.

Ok,

your probably using cust or a cust level password for this (and in general) it's a good idea to have craft level or higher - your service provider will be able to change your login to craft level.

Program your console with a "cover msg rt" button, then delete the message, then go into you feature screen on the definity and disable LWC... if you have voicemail, LWC isn't necessary...
