Intuity message - removing delivery options

Does anyone know how to remove message delivery options for a sub?
outside Callers are given an option of Priority and Private.

Cant figure out how to get rid of Private and when permissions for Priority are set to N- the setting seems to be ignored altogether (SET AS SHOWN)
*PERMISSIONS
Priority messages? N

---* this sub still allows and verbalizes "for priority, press 1"
"For private, press 2"

Is there something I am missing??

Any thoughts or advice you can give me would be great..

The priority message setting you are asking about only controls if the subscriber can or cant send a Priority message to other subscribers, not recieve one.

Not sure if there is a way to change the system prompts.
