Intuity LX remote access error message

When using dialup to an LX, after logging into the web browser with sappp, and after opening messaging, then logging in with sappp, i get a "could not change to home directory" error message and can't procede.

any ideas, or know how to use ASA to access? (port 23 doesn't work)

Port 22 use SSH

I have mine set to 4410 as the emulator

Login in is ONLY vm

then password.
