can someone please tell me the steps involved in putting the intuity on the customer lan so we can access from are desktops through asa. It is now on the avaya closed lan.
Be careful with the LX version. We just installed 3 systems and found out some interesting stuff. With ASA you will need to have Avaya turn on IP access in the LX system. Also, you will only be able to log in using the VM user id this way, or so we have found out. We use our internet browser and just type in the IP address of the LX server. You can log in as sa that way. Of course you will need to log in twice using that method, try and it you will see what I mean. Weird stuff, know idea why Avaya will not allow the sa id using ASA, security I guess.
