Have a school that has their main SI cabinet running R9.5 w/ a MAP 5P Intuity - latest R5.1.56 SW load - DCS enabled - and (2) remote Prologix R9.5s connected at locations on their campus over a fiber network. The Intuity is networked and these (2) CSIs users can access their mailboxes properly - in "integrated" mode where they aren't asked for their extension # each time access their mailbox.
There are also (2) other locations on campus that are networked magix switches and when a user tries to access their VM box they get the generic "non-integrated" message asking for their extension # and PW. It seems that the data from each Magix isn't passing on the B channel as it should.
It is probably a setting issue.
Any ideas for the Magix config to get them into "integrated" mode??
