intuity busied out.

Hi,
We just connected an AUDIX Intuity LX to a MultiVantage PBX. It (the VM) seems to want to busy itself out. We are using mode-code because the VM we replaced was connected using mode-code.
Why would this do this? We'll be at the customer site again on Monday to check it out closer. It's 90 miles away from here.
