I was wondering if any of you have seen the problem below. Any advice is greatly apprieciated.

We have two Intuity-Audix boxes. One is 5.1, the other 4.2. They are DCS'd together, and it has been verified that communications are fine. Every morning at 6AM, a broadcast is sent to 200 users. These users are spread out across the 2 systems. Both systems have ample ports available (32 Each). There is a large delay (several hours) in the delivery of these messages. In some cases, it is more like 12 hours.

The 5.1 box is the system that the broadcast is sent from. I know that there was an issue with the 4.X boxes that caused this delay, but if the 5.1 box is sending the message, I wouldn't expect this delay.

Thanks again for your comments.

if you are DCS'ed check the version 4, you may need a patch from Avaya. I had this problem a while ago and it seems that the data mods connected to the serial ports on the 4.x box cannot send or recieve at the same time causing the Intuity to stack up messages for delivery. sometimes they never get delivered.
