Intuity Audix VMB options?

Is there a way to set up a tree type mailbox in the intuity AUDIX?

I want to give people the option to go to our VRU without telling them to *T XXXX. I thought about pressing zero but isnt that global for the operator?

You can set up the zero out destination to something other than the system default. Each subscriber form has a place to put a zero out destination, and it will override the system wide setting. In addition, you can make a autoattdt of the subscriber, and 'nest' other autoattdts within a autoatdt.
