I would try turning the Intuity off for a couple of minutes, then back on and watch the screen carefully for any info. See if it tests memory and if any other errors come up.
If you have a Remote Maintenance Board installed Avaya or other maintenance provider can do testing remotely even if the machine doesn't come up. They CAN do testing if they know how but it might be hard to find someone that knows how. I was the only one that knew how to do it when I worked there. If they don't know don't take 'that is not possible from them, ask to talk to tier 3, and if they won't let you ask to talk to their supervisor.
If reboot doesn't work and you don't have a RMB then it is time to get a tech out.

I turned the Intuity off for a couple of minutes, then back on and on watching the screen, the only thing i saw was Megaport board 1: MEM=000D0000, ICP=000D2000 not found [ECH].
