Intuity Audix LX Ring Back Notice?

We have an Intuity Audix LX, and we were wondering if the system can send a stutter tone - when there is a message waiting - to the recipient’s extension when he/she lifts the phone to make a phone call. Just like what some people have at home – lift the handset you hear the stutter tone, then the regular tone. The MWI or MWL are working fine.
