Intuity AUDIX lost password

The people before us left behind a MERLIN LEGEND and an Intuity AUDIX Release 2.0, but I don't have the sa password, and no one at the other company knows. How can I reset or retrieve the password?

Try either "IS" as the login or "maint" and "IS" as the password for the "IS" login and "pizza" for the "maint" login.

This might work, but you may need to have the software reloaded to get back to a default login. Read your manual to find out the default login for your Audix R2.
