Intuity Audix IP Connection Problem

I cannot ping my remote Intuity Audix 4.4, hence, ASA IP connection not working. It was working previously. The problem started after my local LAN subnet address was changed from a class A to a class B. I have checked the Audix IP info (TCP/IP Networking) and the IP, subnet mask, and gateway addresses are correct. and the system has been rebooted. I can ping the Audix from PC’s that are still connected to the old class A subnet, and the Audix can be pinged locally. Furthermore, I programmed a PC at the remote location with the same Audix IP address I was able to ping the PC from my new class B subnet. My network admin feels the problem is with the Audix and not the LAN/WAN connection. Tracert not available as SNMP through our FW is turned off. Any suggestion?

The best way to determine if it's the Audix would be to unplug the ethernet port that Audix is plugged into and then plug in a computer and give it the same IP address. Basically just what you did before, but using the exact same port that Audix is using now.

normally if you can get to the Audix locally but not via the wan it is down to the wrong default gateway. Or try a trace route from your pc to see if it is actually getting to the audix
