Intuity Audix - Daylight Savings Time Change 2

Does anyone have a suggestion on getting the software upgrade with the new daylight savings time rules?
Our PBX vendor that we have used for several years just sold out. The new company has been no help. I know it is Available according to the Avaya support site. We are not supported with a maintenance contract at this time. We spent a considerable amount for this Avaya server just 1 year ago. I think this should be a free software upgrade.
But that is just my opinion. We will not spend a huge sum for this simple patch - I would like to find it and install it myself. If we have to pay for this we will just set the time manually. Any ideas?

I just received the patch from Avaya for this, and It's like reinventing the wheel (IMO). I decided to not install the patch and dial in and manually change this. The patch procedure is to upgrade your current version of software and then install the DST patch. This takes about 1 to 2 hours. I can dial in a change it in less than 2 minutes. Will also save you money.
