Intuity Audix CLI Message Header 2

Hi All,

Does anybody know if it is possible to get an
'Intuity Audix' to put the incoming CLI on the start of a message if it has one, i.e -

"Message From 01279444666......Hello etc.. " ???

Can be done... This is a "Green Feature" (read that: non-standard software for extra bucks) from Avaya. You need to contact Avaya or your business partner to have this enabled.

I did this last year, I and believe the cost was less than $3k... You need to have PRI circuits, which I'm sure you do...
