We have several call routings set up for our different customer service centers. These groups share some of the same announcements. Recently, one of these announcements was deleted. This message was at a point in the routing where the caller had to choose to go into voicemail or to a backup representative. Since the message was deleted they were not aware of the scelction they had to make. Since no selections were being made, all these calls were being redirected to our attendant. Is there any way to password protect these announcements so that they can not be inadvertantly deleted?
