Intranet Logon

Hi I have recently upgraded to Windows 2003 Server and I am having a problem with my local Intranet sites.

We have an intranet site using SharePiont services and all my users can access this site and use Integrated Windows Authentication as I said this is fine for all my clients but if I want to view the site on any of my servers when the domain Administrator is logged on I receive a login password box where I need to put the domain administrator username and password to view the site. I have other sites such as the WSUS site where the domain administrator should only have access yet I need to log on.

Can anyone please help?
