Hello everyone,
I updated my IE 6.0 to SP1 through Windows Update service and I noticed a strange problem: When a visit a web page, some pictures are not loaded by Internet Explorer. I must manually click on the picture and select Show Picture from the menu. This happens on my office computer where I am running Win2000 Pro SP4. At home I have the same software configuration, but without SP1 on IE 6.0 and there are no such problems. Any ideas why this happens? I searched google.com for similar problem found many complains, however so far Microsoft has not released anything to patch this annoying behaviour.

Prepare yourself to do a little reading, but several fixes are suggested here: thread608-602478

Personally, I have found that the November, 2003 IE Cumulative Update resolves the issue. It does however introduce an odd scroll-bar behavior. MS has promised a fix for this "soon". But the images do display were they did so inconsistently previously.

There are other approaches discussed in my first link and are certainly worth the experiment.

R u sure u have no add blocking software installed which could be stopping this.

Well try doing a repair
