Internet Explorer/ OUtlook problem

Hey guys,
I've got a user that gets Iexplore.exe exception access
violation errors whenever she trys to open an E-mail.
This is intermittant. Nothing shows in the event log.
She is running I.E 4.0 , Outlook98 Sp4, Mcafee 4.5

This is driving everybody nuts

Any comments appreciated

Have you applied all the patches for IE 4?
