Internet Explorer Caching

In Internet Explorer 6, is there a way to force it to view a webpage as new every time. What I mean is, instead of having to clear cache sometimes after some changes you made in Dreamweaver, Internet Explorer would already be setup to view the page as new when refreshing or closing and reopening the IE 6 program.

TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS - GENERAL - SETINGS
Under Check for newer version of stored page select Every visit to the page.
