Internet Explorer Browsing Error

Hi,

I have a very Strange Problem with my Internet browsing
I have taken a Cable Internet Line at one of my wherein only 3-4 users use the internet right now, the internet cable is connected to one lan card on(Windows 2000 Server Installed)which is installed as workgroup and has 2 lan card 1 for internet and other for lan user
On the nodes i have given the gateway adress of the Server and the Dns Adress provided by the Cable Internet
when i try to browse sometimes it comes and sometimes it shows me page cannot be displayed.
and this happens frequently and does not allow user to browse the internet on lan otherwise on server it works gr8
Also i am using on the node Win98 and WinXP as well i have attched a 24 port HUB to connect this pcs as a workgroup

Could u let me know the solution
as i think this might happens bcoz of the Hub as it gives 10MBPS speed

Try setting the server's inside network card speed and duplex mode to match the hub (instead of Auto Detect).
