Internet Explorer 7 issue

Guys

My laptop is running Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11 and sometimes when I browse to a website, it will try to download a file rather than take me to a webpage. I know this is an issue with my laptop as the webpage works ok with other laptops/desktops and there is nothing malicious about the website.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

System Restore to a day that it worked.

Try "Safe Mode with Networking", or Normal Mode, but as a different user.
