I am currently using IE6 that comes with Windows XP Pro and I have this little annoying problem with the bookmarks. When ever I create a folder into the bookmarks it never stays on top of the list. I sort it by name then when i close it and open it back up it doesn't stay as it should

Try going to My Computer, C: drive, Documents and Settings, go into your username folder (whichever your logon name is), and look for a folder called Favorites. Go in there, and now look for a file called desktop.ini . If you do NOT see this file, then the file is hidden. Go to (I think) Tools on the top, and down to folder options. Click on the view tab at the top, and check "Show hidden files and folders". Hit ok all the way out. NOW if you see a desktop.ini file, deleted it. Restart windows. Try again.
